Digital Goa, Oct 12 – State TCP Dept has ‘corrected’ land admeasuring 10,093 sq mtr in the RPG-2021 from paddy field, Protected Reserve Forest with Irrigation Command Area and orchard zones to settlement zone at Nuvem, Rivona and Camurlim in Salcete Taluka. Land admeasuring an area of 4704 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 220, sub-division No. 2-A, of Village Nuvem which is earmarked as Paddy Field , plot of land admeasuring an area of 5000 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 64, sub-division No. 2, Plot No. 5, of Village Rivona, Sanguem which is earmarked as Protected Reserve Forest with Irrigation Command Area and plot of land admeasuring an area of 389 sq mtr, surveyed under Survey No. 12, sub-division No. 9, of Village Camurlim, Salcete which is earmarked as Orchard as per RPG-2021 have been ‘corrected’ as Settlement zone. A notification to this effect has been issued today.
