Digital Goa, April 25- Goa government has constituted a 15-member Planning, Development, and Construction Committee (PDCC), chaired by the Chief Secretary, to oversee the development of a major ONGC project in Quitol village, Quepem. The project encompasses a convention centre, exhibition hall, and a management training facility for ONGC’s Advanced Training Institute. The PDCC, established under the Goa Investment Promotion Act, 2021, is tasked with facilitating infrastructure development within designated Investment Promotion Areas (IPAs). The 4.12 lakh square meter site in Quitol was officially declared an IPA in April 2025, following ONGC’s application in June 2024.
