Jan 21- In the first 20 day of the new year, i.e. till Jan 20, 2025 total of 15,625 traffic rules violation cases have been registered in Goa, informed SP North Traffic Prabodh Shirwaikar. Incidentally, 2300 i.e. nearly 14 % of these cases have been booked in the capital city of Panjim alone. Of the total 15,625 cases 347 have been booked for driving under the influence of alcohol, 951 for over speeding, 2675 for not wearing helmet, 372 for using mobile while driving etc.
