Digital Goa, Oct 12 – Twenty individuals were caught red-handed for allegedly running an online gambling operation in closed premises near Nessai Gate in the early hours of October 12. The accused are residents from various parts of Salcete and neighboring districts, as well as two from Karnataka. Police seized Rs. 4.4 lakh in cash, four tablets, a router, and a modem from their possession. All 20 accused were arrested and later released on bail.
