Digital Goa, Dec 15 – A 20-year-old Russian youth was arrested by police in hit-and-run accident at Porvorim on Dec 7. The accused Dmitry Kutin Sayo’s car dashed against a two-wheeler at Porvorim. The rider sustained injuries in the accident. However, instead of helping him Dmitry fled from the scene. He has been arrested under section-134 (A) (B) of the IPC and MV Act for reckless and negligent driving.
