2017 Election Code Violation case against Kejriwal adjourned to Jan 5

Digital Goa, Nov 29 – The 2017 Election Code violation case against Aam Admi Party(AAP) Supremo & Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been adjourned by JMFC Mapusa to January 5, 2024 morning. Advocate Surel Tilve appeared before the court on behalf of Kejriwal. Memo of appearance and exemption was filed by AAP before the court. Court has directed Kejriwal to be present before the court during the next hearing with personal bond of Rs 10,00o and local surety. The next course of action will be decided upon receiving the copy of chargesheet, said Tilve.
