Digital Goa, Aug 13 – Yet another drowning case has been reported in water filled laterite quarry in Goa. A 21-year-old youth from Margao, identified as Raj Lotlikar is feared drowned in laterite quarry at Thivim, Revora. The drowning incident occurred when Raj along with a group of 6 more friends had gone for a picnic in North Goa. Few from the group entered the quarry water for a swim assuming it to be shallow water. Raj got drowned as he failed to gauge the depth of the water and got pulled inside. Search and rescue operations are on. Fire fighters and Colvale police are at the site.
