Digital Goa, Oct 17 – Mandrem Police arrested Mosin Saifi (22), a native of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, and residing at Gawdewada, Morjim, for possession of ganja worth around ₹5.93 lakh. Acting on a tip-off, police conducted a narcotic raid at the Arambol beach parking area and seized 5.953 kg of ganja along with a scooter used in the crime.
