24×7 command centre proposed for 108 emergency services to reduce response time

Digital Goa, June 15 – A detailed review meeting of the 108 Emergency Services was conducted on Monday to assess service delivery, response times, operational efficiency and quality standards in the presence of Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane. During the meeting, a key decision was taken to evaluate the establishment of a dedicated 24×7 Command Centre for real-time monitoring of ambulance services across the state.The proposed Command Centre is aimed at improving turnaround times, reducing service gaps, strengthening accountability and ensuring the highest standards of emergency response.
