Digital Goa, Oct 30 – Nearly 250 shops under the jurisdiction of Mormugao Municipal Council are operating without a valid or renewed trade licence, informed MMC Chairperson Girish Borkar. He warned of stern action against such establishments. The Municipality sealed two shops from Vasco today which were operating without trade licence.
