Digital Goa, August 4 – The Goa Government has issued a final notification declaring around 25,000 square metres of leased land at Loutolim in Salcete as an Investment Promotion Area (IPA) for the proposed Cricket Academy and Allied Sports Arena to be developed by M/s Venture Building Dreams Private Limited. The notification, issued by the Department of Industries follows the government’s consideration of objections received after a public proclamation issued in January 2026. The government stated that the objections were found to be insufficient and invalid, paving the way for the final declaration. The project covers 5,800 sq m in Survey No 323/1-F (part) and 19,200 sq m in Survey No 323/1-D at Loutolim.
