Digital Goa, Feb 8- A 29-year-old man died in accident at Nuvegal, Varca yesterday night in hit-and-run case. The deceased is identified as Ashit Saha. Ashit worked at a starred hotel and was returning to his accommodation at Benaulim at around 1.15 am, when his two-wheeler was hit by a car at Varca. The car driver fled from the scene leaving the grievously injured victim at the spot. Ashit later succumbed to injuries. The car driver who hails from Belgaum, Karnataka was nabbed near Ponda police station and is identified as 24-year-old Raghvendra Salunke.
