Digital Goa, Nov 8 – At every breast cancer screening camp in Goa at least 3 to 4 ladies are detected with lumps, said CM Pramod Sawant today highlighting the need for periodic checkup for cancer after the age of 40. “Women generally don’t take their health care seriously,” he pointed out. CM was speaking at the inauguration of Cancer Project for Community & Ayurveda for Farmers, a CSR initiative of Goa Shipyard Limited at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali. Similar camps will be held at all panchayats of Ponda, Dharbandora, Bicholim, and Sattari.
