Digital Goa, Dec 2 – The Railway Protection Force (RPF) of Konkan Railway has apprehended 31 passengers for unauthorised Alarm Chain Pulling (ACP) during an ambush check conducted on Train No. 12742 Patna–Vasco-da-Gama Superfast Express. All offenders were penalised under the provisions of the Railways Act, informed Railway officials.
