Digital Goa, Dec 22- A 32-year-old man from Delhi died due to drowning at Vagator beach today morning. The deceased identified as Jeevan Dutta worked as manager at a resort. The incident occurred when he had gone for a swim in the sea along with other staff members. A foreign tourist saw Dutta drowning and rescued him from water. He was immediately shifted to the hospital but was declared brought dead.
