Digital Goa, Feb 15 – State Town & Country Planning Dept has ‘corrected’ the zones of 7 more land parcels admeasuring 52,535 sq mtr using provisions under Section 17 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act. In the RPG-2021, the zone of part of the plot of land admeasuring an area of 7098 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 111, sub-division No. 2-V, of Village Guirdolim, Salcete which is earmarked as Orchard Zone, plot of land admeasuring an area of 956 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 158, sub-division No. 1-C, of Village Camurlim, Salcete which is earmarked as Orchard Zone, plot of land admeasuring an area of 11580 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 8, sub-division No. 1 (Part A), of Village Sarvona, Bicholim Taluka which is earmarked as Paddy Field with CADA, plot of land admeasuring an area of 7250 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 57, sub-division No. 1, of Village Verna which is earmarked as Orchard Zone, plot of land admeasuring an area of 12560 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 10, sub-division No. 5 & Survey No. 10, sub-division No. 6, of Village Panelim, Tiswadi Taluka, District North Goa, State of Goa which is earmarked as Partly Orchard & Partly Natural Cover, plot of land admeasuring an area of 12576 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 208, sub-division No. 3-A & Survey No. 208, sub-division No. 3 of Village Pilerne, Bardez which is earmarked as Natural Cover with No Development Slope and plot of land admeasuring an area of 515 m2, surveyed under Survey No. 170, sub-division No. 0 (Part A), of Village Karapur, Bicholim Taluka which is earmarked as Cultivable Land as per RPG-2021 have all been corrected as Settlement Zones.
