Digital Goa, Dec 1 – A 55-year-old man died in a road accident involving a scooter and a car at Rumdawado, Mormugao yesterday. The deceased has been identified as Mallinath Goudar, a resident of MPT Colony, Sada. According to preliminary information, the scooter ridden by Mallinath was allegedly hit by a car driven by a 20-year-old youth from Baina. Mallinath sustained serious injuries in the collision and was rushed to SGH Chicalim, where he succumbed to his injuries on the way.
