Dec 27- As a mark of respect to Dr Manmohan Singh, Ex-Prime Minister of India, who passed away yesterday, December 26, Goa govt along with the nation has declared 7 days State Mourning from Dec 26 to Jan 1, both days inclusive. During the days of mourning, the National Flag will be flown at half mast throughout the State, on all buildings, where the National Flag is flown regularly and there will be no official entertainment, states the order issued by Goa Governor’s office.
