Digital Goa, Mar 4- A 70-year-old man identified as Devanand Shinde died due to drowning at Revora Bardez after he accidentally fell into the water near the sluice gate. His dead body was found floating in the river. Fire and Emergency Personnel managed to recover the body from the water.
