Jan 16- A total of 77 persons have been booked by police in the scuffle between 2 groups at Bhumika Temple, Parye Sattari matter. All the accused have been booked for “forming unlawful assembly armed with wooden danda, Hockey Stick, PUC Pipes and Plastic Chairs in furtherance with their common object abused police officer with filthy words, attempted to kill police officer and public members with deadly weapons, thereby caused grievous and bodily injuries, thereby deter the public servant to discharge their lawful duties” . Offences have been registered against them under section 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 352, 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 109, 121(1), 132 r/w 190 BNS.
