Oct 7 – Goa govt has effected transfer of 6 Senior Police Officers. The transferred officers and their new postings are as follows –
- Gurudas Gawade – Superintendent of Police (Legal & Vigilance)
- Nelson Albuquerque – Commandant, IRBn and shall hold additional charge of Superintendent of Police(HQ)
- Dharmesh Angle – Principal, Police Training School,Valpoi
- Prabodh B. Shirwaiker – Superintendent of Police (Traffic)
- Harishchandra V. Madkaikar – Superintendent of Police (Konkan Railway)
- Santosh Desai- Superintendent of Police (ACB) and shall hold the additional charge of Superintendent of Police(Special Branch)
In addition 2 IPS officers have also been transferred - Arshi Aadil – Superintendent of Police(EOC) with additional Charge as SP(FRRO)
- Tikam Singh Verma – Superintendent of Police(ANC)
