Jan 6- High Court today directed the Goa government to put in place grievance redressal mechanism related to the work of flyover underway at Porvorim. The order came after the petitioner brought to the notice of the court that the contractors have failed to curb the pollution besides improper barricading along this stretch. The High Court has asked the Executive Engineer Jude Carvalho to remain present in the court tomorrow in view of non compliance of earlier order.
