Jan 9 – Rajasthan native restaurant helper allegedly stole the phone of owner of restaurant at Benaulim and transferred Rs 71,500 from his phone via Gpay. Owner of the Restaurant Trindade Goes has filed a complaint to this effect. The accused helper Ansh Singh has been booked for theft of mobile and money together worth Rs 86,500. The incident occurred on January 4.
