Jan 24- TCP has approved applications for change of zone of 2.28 lakh sqr mtr land at various villages and towns across Goa under Section 39 A of TCP Act and sought objections and suggestions if any on the proposed changes within 30 days time. The changes of zone have been proposed in the Regional Plan for Goa 2021, ODP of Calangute-Candolim Planning Area – 2025, Parra Planning Area – 2030 and ODP of Margao Planning Area – 2031, in respect of the 15 plots of land. The plots are situated at Parra, Thivim, Chorao, Margao, Dharbandora, Fatorpa, Cola-Canacona, Chopdem, Candolim, Sarvona-Bicholim and Siolim.
