Jan 24- Congress leader Sunil Kawthankar has submitted a letter at PMO Delhi addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi requesting him to appoint a High-powered committee to investigate and act on land grabbing cases in Goa. He has also urged PM to put on hold all land conversions done in last 30 months in the state and to investigate the same.
