Digital Goa, Feb 26 – Goa govt has notified revision of Administration-cum-processing fees/charges from the Project Proponents seeking prior Environmental Clearances under various project categories in Goa. The fee revision is pertaining to projects such as Building and construction, Mining of Minor and Major Minerals, industries, river valley projects, mineral benefaction project, Port & harbour, highway, airports etc. For fresh mining of minor minerals such as sand, basalt, laterite quarry the fees range from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.5 lakh. For major minerals the fees range from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 30 lakh. The fee structure is separate for expansion, transfer modification etc.
GCZMA announces hike in fees for delimitation of High Tide Lines
GCZMA has introduced fees for delineating High Tide Line (HTL), 200m, 500m, and No Development Zone (NDZ) on survey maps at a 1:4000 scale. Applicants, including individuals, legal heirs, advocates, and government bodies, must pay these fees to the GC&EMS. The approved CZMP 2011 maps (1:25,000 scale) are available on the GCZMA website (www.czma.goa.gov.in) for reference, informed GCZMA.
