Feb 26 – The Bombay High Court at Goa today concluded hearings on multiple writ petitions and PILs filed by Goa Foundation and several others. challenging the validity of Section 17(2) of the TCP Act, 1974, which allows the state government to correct errors in the Regional Plan 2021. The matter is listed on March 13, 2025, when the court will deliver its judgment.
