Digital Goa, May 21- The Supreme Court has suspended a High Court order and reinstated Vina Kumar as the officiating Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Panaji. “Vina Kumar shall be continued as the in-charge Director… until further orders,” the apex court stated in its interim order. The Supreme Court’s decision comes after the Goa Bench of the High Court, on April 17, 2025, dismissed Kumar’s writ petition challenging the appointment of her junior to the same post. The next hearing in the matter is scheduled for July 22.
