Digital Goa, May 22 – The Samagra Shiksha department has announced the recruitment of 859 teaching positions through a direct interview process. These appointments will be purely on a contractual basis, valid until March 31, 2026, with a fixed consolidated monthly salary of Rs 20,000. The vacancies include 700 regular teacher posts, 30 art instructor posts—comprising 9 for Western Music, 12 for Fine Arts, and 9 for Theatre Arts—and 129 NFUEF (Non-Formal and Universal Education Facilitator) teacher posts. Interviews will be held at district education offices from May 26 to May 30.
