Digital Goa, June 2- Stopping rent-a-bike and rent-a-car services in Goa would benefit local taxi operators, opined Revenue Minister Babush Monserrate. Taxi drivers from Panaji, Taleigao, and Santa Cruz met him today to express concerns over the proposed Transport Aggregator guidelines. While acknowledging their demand to ban app-based taxi services, Monserrate assured them that the guidelines will help the sector. He also pointed out that rented vehicles occupy most parking at Patto, Panaji, and are often involved in accidents.
