Digital Goa, July 16 – The Electricity Department of Goa today signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with NTPC Ltd. for power allocation from Sipat Stage-III, located in Bilaspur district, Chhattisgarh. The agreement was formalized at the Electricity Department office in Panaji. NTPC Ltd. is India’s largest government-owned power company, primarily engaged in electricity generation.
