Digital Goa, July 30 – Individuals with pending payments such as house tax will not be issued any certificates until they clear their dues, warned Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho. With digitisation in place, this rule will be strictly implemented from August 1, he said. Godinho also took strong objection to panchayats defying government decisions by passing their own resolutions. He warned of disciplinary action against panchayat secretary and panch members.
