Digital Goa, July 31 – The Goa government has constituted a State Level Census Coordination Committee (SLCCC) to facilitate and monitor the smooth conduct of the 2027 Census of India. Headed by the Chief Secretary, the committee includes top officials from key departments such as Finance, Urban and Rural Development, Panchayats, Revenue, Planning, Education, and Tribal Welfare. The Director of Census Operations will act as the convenor.
