Digital Goa, June 6- Around 1,700 challans have been issued through the Intelligent Traffic Management System(ITMS) deployed in Panaji and peripheral areas since June 1. Artificial Intelligence powered Smart signals have need deployed at several places at Panaji, Porvorim and Merces wherein traffic violations are recorded on camera and challans are sent to the violator via SMS and also through post.
