Digital Goa, August 17 – Cuncolim Police have arrested four persons, all natives of Jharkhand, for allegedly forming an unlawful assembly and attacking two police constables on duty at Sunset Point, near Parul University, Canaginium. The accused – Jebiyar Dung Dung of Varca, and Suresh Hariya, Rahul Kisan, and Amit Lohra of Betul – along with two others, allegedly pelted stones, punched, and kicked constables Sairaj Naik and Anup Kavrekar, leaving Kavrekar injured on the head and body. Police said the attack amounted to an attempt to murder.
