Digital Goa, August 24 – In a late-night raid, the Anti-Narcotic Cell (ANC) arrested a 33-year-old resident of Vaddem, Vasco, identified as Rahul Uppaldinni, at Upasnagar, Sancoale, for possession of 226 grams of ganja worth ₹22,600. Shockingly, the accused is a Swiggy delivery agent who allegedly used his job as a cover to supply ganja, particularly to youth in frequently visited areas. Acting on specific intelligence inputs, ANC sleuths maintained stringent surveillance using technical and human resources before laying a trap to nab the accused.
