Digital Goa, Sept 8 – The seas off Goa’s beaches continue to remain off-limits for swimming due to rough monsoon weather, with red flags placed across popular stretches warning visitors not to venture into the waters. Drishti Marine, the state-appointed lifesaving agency, has urged beachgoers to follow the instructions of on-duty lifesavers to ensure their safety.Over the weekend, a 31-year-old tourist from Karnataka at Baga and a 21-year-old from Kerala at Velsao were rescued from drowning by lifesavers.
