Digital Goa, Sept 12 – Of the five student deaths which have occurred on the BITS campus since December 2024, the latest i.e. Rishi Nair’s is the first case in which drugs have been found in the body, informed SP South Tikam Singh Verma. A Randox test has shown presence of drugs, he said. Investigations are on to determine where and when he procured the drugs, he added. Verma informed that police have intensified surveillance mechanisms near educational institutions across the state.
