Digital Goa, Sept 23 – Mandrem Police have arrested a 57-year-old Russian national for allegedly staying illegally in Goa without valid travel documents. The accused, identified as Kozhemyakin Sergey, presently residing near Banian Tree, Ashvem, Mandrem, was found without a valid passport and visa during a police check.
