Digital Goa, Sept 28 – A fire gutted a rented hut at Calangute on Sunday. No injuries were reported. The hut, occupied by a woman from Bijapur, was reduced to ashes along with her belongings, including a refrigerator, cash savings, and other household items. A gas cylinder inside the room exploded during the incident, worsening the blaze. Cause of the fire is yet to be established.
