Digital Goa, October 13, 2025 – Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Amit Palekar has alleged that section 120(B) of IPC was added to the Banastari accident case chargesheet with the sole purpose of implicating him. Palekar was summoned to Mardol Police Station and provided a copy of the chargesheet. He warned that if the investigation proceeds along lines of political vendetta, it could affect the merits of the case. He also informed that the main accused has not yet been served summons. Section 120(B) is related to punishment for criminal conspiracy.
