Digital Goa, October 25 – The Goa State Election Commission (SEC) has published an Extraordinary Official Gazette Notification detailing the proposed delimitation i.e. division of the North & South Goa Zilla Panchayat into new constituencies for the upcoming General Elections. The Zilla panchayat elections are to be held on December 13 for the 50 ZP constituencies, 25 each in North & South Goa.
