Digital Goa, October 27 – GPCC and AAP leaders protested at the Electricity Department in Panaji on Monday to protest against the confusion surrounding the recent power tariff hike. Amid the protests, Chief Electrical Engineer (CEE) Stephan Fernandes clarified that the time-of-day tariff is currently applicable only to industrial consumers and not domestic users. He further stated that the Power Minister will soon address the issue through a press briefing to provide clarity.
