Digital Goa, Nov 19 – High Court has acquitted Dinesh Kumar and Shivnath Mhaji—earlier sentenced to life in April 2024—for the 2021 murder of fellow labourer Lalu Singh at Velsao, citing lack of evidence. The Court held that the prosecution failed to conclusively link the two men to the crime.
