Digital Goa, Nov 22 – CM Pramod Sawant has clarified that the Mhaje Ghar Yojana will be a one-time opportunity. Speaking at a public function, Sawant said that the scheme will be available only for a fixed six-month period. The scheme, which began on October 4, 2025, will remain open until April 2, 2026, allowing eligible beneficiaries to file their applications within this timeframe. He further stated that landowners will be permitted to sell their properties only after ensuring that mundkars receive the share of land due to them under the scheme.
