Digital Goa, June 19 – High Court has directed Village Panchayat Arambol not to issue new construction licences for not having Material Recovery Facility (MRF) for garbage management. The court has also asked the sarpanch of Arambol to deposit Rs 50,000. Meanwhile, High Court has directed sarpanch and secretary of Aldona panchayat to remain present in the court on July 3 for failure to set up MRF facility in panchayat.
