Digital Goa, Nov 28 – Colvale Police arrested 19-year-old Govind Kumar of Beebalsar, Rajasthan, after he was found in possession of 5.4 kg of suspected ganja, valued at around ₹5.5 lakh, during a narcotics raid near the service road of NH-66 leading to Central Jail, Colvale, on November 27.
