Digital Goa, Dec 19 – GPCC president has issued a show-cause notice to GPCC executive member and former bureaucrat Elvis Gomes for allegedly campaigning against the party’s Zilla Panchayat candidate, Maria (Mary) Menezes, in Aldona and supporting an independent candidate Alvito D’Silva. He has been directed to submit his reply within seven days.
