Digital Goa, June 23 – In a tragic incident, a 43-year-old man who went fishing in a lake at Varca allegedly died due to drowning. The deceased identified as Vincent Antonio Fernandes from Pedda, Varca had gone fishing with his net in the nearby lake at around 11.30 today morning. As he did not return back till later afternoon, family members raised an alarm and started searching for him. His body was found floating in the lake. Colva police are investigating the matter.
