Starlink, AI chatbot to boost digital push in Goa, IT Minister to House

Digital Goa, Jan 16 – IT Minister Rohan Khaunte said Starlink services will be introduced in Goa to provide high-speed internet to rural and remote areas. He said the Electronic Manufacturing Cluster at Tuem is progressing well, with nearly 70% of planned units expected to be operational by 2027. Khaunte also reiterated that an AI chatbot will be launched for all online government services. He informed the house that Goa has around 760 startups supported with nearly ₹5 crore, with 33% led by women entrepreneurs.
